PowerToys
Microsoft PowerToys are a collection of various utilities aimed mostly at power users.
They have been released for Windows 95, XP, and (yuck!) 10.

KernelToys
This is another set of utilities,
only released for Windows 95 as far as I know,
though they should work on the rest of the 9x family.

Microsoft Plus!
The Plus! packs were another collection of tweaks,
enhancements, games and utilities that were sold commercially by Microsoft.
Microsoft Plus! for Windows 95
This included various tweaks such as font smoothing,
themes, miscelleneous utilities
and a version of the Space Cadet Pinball game that would later be included in XP.

This is a basic antivirus application for Vista and 7.
At the time of writing, it still appears to be available on the Microsoft website.
May need some tweaking if you wear an eye-patch or have a hook for a hand.
